Where we ship
Oh Mamy currently ships to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery options shown at checkout are based on the address you enter.
Processing and dispatch
We normally process orders within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. Processing time starts after your order has been placed and payment has been accepted. If we cannot dispatch within the expected processing period, we will contact you using the details on your order.
Shipping options and charges
- Standard UK shipping: free.
- Priority UK shipping: £6.99.
Your available delivery methods and full shipping cost are displayed before you place your order. Priority shipping does not shorten the order processing period.
Delivery times
Transit time begins after dispatch. The delivery estimate, where available, is shown at checkout or in your dispatch communication. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. If you need an arrival estimate before placing an order, contact us at contact@ohmamy.com.
After dispatch
We will send an order or dispatch update to the email address used at checkout. If your order is delayed, damaged in transit, or appears to be missing, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing checkout.
